Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
